Camero Appoints Eli Margalit as its New CEO

Vienna, VA - November 9th, 2009 -Camero, a leading developer of RF imaging technologies focused on military and public safety applications, today announced that Eli Margalit has been appointed chief executive officer. Mr. Margalit succeeds the company's founding CEO, Aharon Aharon, who will be appointed chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Aharon founded Camero in 2004 with David Gazelle and Amir Beeri and has served as its CEO for the past 5 years.

Mr. Margalit, with over 25 years of experience in high-tech Defense, Avionics and Telecom industries, has served in key positions with some of the world's most renowned technology and defense firms.

Prior to being appointed CEO of Camero, Mr. Margalit served as Director of International Programs at Northrop Grumman's Defense Systems Division and Vice President of Programs and Engineering for Cubic Advanced Tactical Systems. Prior to that he served as Vice President of Electro-Optics Business Unit as well as Vice President of Engineering for Kollsman, Inc. Mr. Margalit holds an Executive MBA from the University of New Hampshire, an M.Sc in Applied Physics from Tel Aviv University, and, a B.Sc in Physics and Mathematics from Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
